summer love.....

As much as it’s nice to have cosy nights in front of a fire and warm toast dinners, I’m still dreaming of longer days of sunshine and warm hot rays on my skin. Winter is great but only for a short time. Summer brings endless days on the beach, BBQs and hot summer parties. Living on the gold Coast I really cant complain, I mean we really only have 2 months of cold weather and the rest of the year is pleasant, sunny and warm. There is still quite a few winter boots I wanted to buy but time is slipping away and all the winter sales are beginning now. It almost seems pointless spending up on winter goodies when summer florals is just a breath away.
I’m using the next few weeks to get back in shape and organise my sewing space and vintage ready for village markets in summer. I’m really looking forward to it and have found joining the blogging world is so inspiring. There are so many creative people out there doing their bit and sharing their style. I have been really picking up same great buys at the local opp shops and can’t wait to share them with you. Will post them soon, but for now just spreading some summer love as I no that allot of us are beginning to dream of summer dresses and cocktails by the beach. xx

This time last year I was.......

I was in london enjoying the lazy afternoons wondering brick Lane watching amazing people sharing their souls in Music.

It reminds me of some of the musicians that are no longer with us but never forgotten.
Summer is magical in London
So much to see and do. People are alive again after a long cold winter!

A moment in time with Paris in mind........

It’s been a while now since I went to Paris but I still find myself dreaming of its beauty. The days of travelling were always exciting. One day was never the same as the next. There is always something new to explore and discover and quite often while doing this you also find pieces of yourself. Paris is full of romance and leaves you dreaming of beautiful buildings, lush parks, Nuttela Crepes, Classic Cafes and a bottle of wine while enjoying all the glitter that lights up the Eiffel tower. Can’t wait to go back one day xxx
